Grief Encouragement For You

  •  Are you struggling to cope with a recent or past loss of a sibling?
  • Are you swimming in questions and wondering how to find answers?
  • Are you feeling trapped by your grief with no outlet for relief?
  • Do you want to find healing from the emotional pain that envelops you now?
  • Do you want a positive and uplifting outlet for your grief?

Grief is a strange and hard thing to cope with. Especially in everyday life. Let me show you how to find creative ways of coping with your grief using art, creative writing, creative memorial making, emotional self care and understanding, and more.

Grief takes time to process through and healing from deep wounds of loss can leave you feeling like there is no hope. As someone who knows this feeling all too well, I am here to encourage you that hope is not lost for your life. I lost my sister four years ago to cancer and miss her deeply every day. I imagine you feel the same way about your loss. I have written an E-book just for you that uses creative art projects, journal writing, ideas for creating memorials in your home and for services, ways to reach out for support, and much more to help you learn to cope with your loss in a creative and self paced way.

I want you to have a no pressure, self paced, comforting journey through your grief. If you never take care of yourself in the grief process the end result will be more struggles and pain. I don’t want you to go through that. You deserve to find healing and peace in this journey.

In the book you will find these creative prompts to help you find ways to express your grief in a creative and beautiful way. See the excerpts below for an example of what you will receive when you download your copy of the book.
